Island Haze (Victor Koshieff) is a rising force in Western Canada’s electronic music scene, known for delivering high-energy sets rooted in funk, bass house, drum & bass, and bass music. With a sound that blends groove, grit, and heavy low-end, he creates an immersive experience built for both dancefloor connection and late-night energy.

His journey took a defining turn in 2013 after attending the Shambhala Music Festival—an experience that reshaped his perspective and ignited a deeper commitment to the craft. From that point forward, he immersed himself in DJing, developing his style through hands-on experimentation and collaboration within the underground community.

In 2025, Island Haze reached a major milestone with his official festival debut at Shambhala, performing on the iconic Fractal Forest stage—bringing his journey full circle and marking him as an artist to watch.

Now building steady momentum, he continues to grow his presence through live streaming on Twitch, collaborative sets, and a curated catalog of mixes on SoundCloud. With a distinct sound and a clear upward trajectory, Island Haze is carving out his place in the bass music landscape.
